Ximena's job at the hostel is to assist guests with any questions they might have from finding the nearest LAN office downtown to helping them with their travels out of Santiago and beyond. If Ximena is starting to look bored please give her something to do!
Sharra and Catie Hostel Freeloaders
OK, to be fair they're not completely freeloaders. Sharra and Catie work in the hostel in exchange for the opportunity to live in the hostel for free. Both are a couple of Gringas. While not working Sharra can be found on the patio sampling her favorite hostel boys (see pic left). Wanna score easy points with her? Try on your best Australian accent. Catie on the other hand (see right), can often be found holding up the couch in the living room.

Yeah, that's me in the middle of another group of satisfied customers. When I'm not making sure people aren't sitting on my pool table, I can be found doing just about anything to keep the hostel in order. This usually means staying up until ungodly hours as I am constantly trying to do my best to give you the best hostel experience possible. If something isn't going the way that you like, despite the possibility of coming off as obnoxious and loud (yes, I know I have to speak more quietly), I really am always open to your questions or comments.
